Peace in Christ

“Peace I leave with you; my peace give I unto you. Not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” ~John 14:27

This beloved scripture reminds us that we can have peace in every situation, in every aspect of our lives, when we come unto Jesus Christ and allow His love and infinite Atonement to heal us.

I testify that when we are suffering, when we need the Savior’s peace, He hears our prayers and pleading for relief. He answers, in His own time and in His own way, and brings peace to our hearts.

He is there for all of us, no matter what’s happening in the world or inn our lives, because He loves us.

And that’s today’s reason to smile. 😊
