Only God's Opinion Matters

When determining your worth and your value, whatever you do, please don’t rely on other people’s opinions!

Remember what was said about Jesus Christ in Isaiah 53:3?

“He was a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief, and we hid, as it were, our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.“

The world judged Jesus Christ, the most perfect of all of us, the only one of us who led a perfect life, the most intelligent of us, the kindest and most loving of us all, and determined that he was of no worth and despised him.

Other people can’t determine your worth! Only your Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ, can mirror back to you the truth: that you are of infinite worth and value, that you are His beloved son or daughter, and that you are now and always will be loved.

And that’s today’s reason to smile!
