Like a hen calls her chicks to gather them and protect them from the elements, Christ is calling to us to come unto Him, so He may protect and care for us. But it's up to us whether or not to listen.

Jesus Christ is there waiting, holding out his arms to comfort, bless and protect us, but we have to go to Him.
